Allequippa Place
Allequippa Place
Allequippa Place is Phase One of the Oakland Affordable Living project, a collaboration with Oakland Planning and Development Corporation and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. Allequippa Place originally consisted of six quadplexes with two bedrooms each. Improvements included thoroughly renovating all units, upgrading their energy use profiles to EnergyStar Certified, adding one-bedroom additions where topography allowed, and introducing new site amenities.
